John Zak is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. He helps individuals move through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and painful relationship patterns using proven methods like EMDR and Somatic Therapy.

With a calm, compassionate presence, John creates a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start making real progress. Whether you’re navigating PTSD, struggling with addiction, or just need help making sense of what you’re feeling — you don’t have to do it on your own.

Sessions are available in-person in Surrey/White Rock and online throughout Greater Vancouver.
